I took a drive to Twin Arch today just to see how it was. All along the road leading to the 3 access points are NEW BRIGHT YELLOW POSTED SIGNS, and debris at all the trail heads blocking, some are cut down trees and others are piles of brush.
The guy who gave me the ok to use his land, now has a for sale sign at the end of his driveway.

This might be the end of Twin Arch.

I tryed to make contact with the owner but was not home.

Oh man that would suck. I've only been there once and had a great time. I almost stopped over there today b/c I was coming down 87 and wasn't too far from it. Do you think it's already sold?
