It was really good meeting all of you guys and gals. Since the weather didn't cooperate we'll all have to do it again.

So on the way back we took the Tachonic and the sun came out .....yeaaaa. Anyway we took a detour on a dirt road that went off the Tachonic that made a big u-turn and came back out on Tyrell Rd to the Tachonic.....the one Bob and I discussed. It was an easy gravel road and I just used part time with the tranny in first gear and went slow. It was pretty with all the colors. I didn't try any of the side roads off of it since it was just us and no one elce to pull me out if I got stuck.... (EVIC dropped to 12.8 mpg by the time I got back to pavement.....haha)

The colors were still pretty good and we saw deer and turkeys on the way back......First time I've seen turkeys on the Tachonic.

And thanks to Chris I have this "little black KJ"..........but of course it needs skids and hooks and.......

Albert/Dave/Anne

It was really a pleasure getting to meet some of you guys for the first time. And for the others that We already know, Good to see ya again. We had a great time today and would love to do it again. Maybe next year we can scout out more NE KJ's to join us for a great cause.
I hope you all had a safe ride home.

Only a few pictures came out good with the rain. The rest were trash.

Beef yes. Prime, I'm not so sure. In my case, definitely aged.

Yeah, making us all look whimpy next to him..
Chris, also, Thank You very much for the diecast jeep, I already had one, it made it a nice pair on top of my book shelf. It was a very nice gesture.

Oh, did anyone take Key Lime Pie? It was a strange keylime pie.. :D I guess grandma was high when she made that one.
Drew, yeah, we are like outlaws with jeeps.. look at us.

The most likely reason why we look like a bunch of bad dudes is because we ate so much good food at grandma's house, that we could not sample ALL the good looking pies in the display case.

Then again, It might be a good thing we could not eat any more.LOL

The Charlie Brown's restaurant has a Toy for Tots promotion going on. You bring in a toy worth $10 and they'll give $10 off your next visit.
