Well It looks like raceinfan is out for the trail run.

It has been some what quiet here. I have my cousin comming up from rockland county either with his quad or a oddisey.

It is comming close so lets start getting things rolling.

Lets get a new list on who will be coming up for the 29th.

I guess if you guys are coming up from long island and westchester areas, We could set a meeting time for lets say 11am or so?

let me know what you guys think.
a hand full of you guys all ready know where the place is, if not I will give directions.

Chris, if you are going to be able to make it give me a call and we can chat about a meeting place since you can come to twin arch from 2 ways now.

PS.
We have gotten ALOT OF RAIN the last 2 weeks here so you will not come out of twin arch clean. If you do, then YOU did something wrong!!!!! :twisted:

Another quick post:

For any of you guys new here that are intrested in going, take a look at the twin arch postings and read a few things. It gives some info about the trails and also the twin arch trails are STOCK friendly at roughly 95%

Cacher123 came with me a few weeks ago and has posted a picture of the trails that we covered using his GPS. this will give you some idea of what we hit so far to date.

Twin Arch Trail ride meeting point

Meeting time between 10 am and 11am.
This will give every one a chance to make it here.

PM me for my phone number incase you get lost.

The meeting point is going to be at the Sunoco gas station on the corner of route 300 and 17K in Newburgh NY 12250.

Coming from I-84 West take the exit 7N to route 300. Gas station will be on your right about ½ mile.
Coming I-84 East Take exit 7N as well. (There is construction at this exit. Not sure if the exits will be re-routed by this weekend. If so, there will be a detour.)

Coming up from NYC heading north on I-87 Take the exit 17 to route 300 and 17K. When paying the toll, stay to the left for route 17K. At the traffic light make a right onto 17K. Next traffic light you will see the Sunoco gas station straight ahead thought the intersection of route 300.

Thanks for the PM, this could have been a great opportunity for me to meet more of you guys, but I won't be available this weekend. Sister in law coming from Vegas to visit us, we will be in L.I. I checked and that adds another 45 minutes to the route. I am sure you guys will have a lot of fun
