It's in northern CT, here's a writeup from the last time we went:

It's slow to load, but well worth it.

ok girls & boys, here we go.............

this trail can be run by a stock libby, with no problems. dont mistake that to mean this is a casual stroll down some boring fire road. this will be a workout your truck, you will be crossing streams, driving through some mud and climbing rocks  , real rocks, not the liitle kind either  .

once gain i will stress the pin stripping issue
you will leave this run with some pin striping. as to the severity i cant predict, but i will tell you it was like a jungle in places when we went in june. you will need to drive through these sections as there are no by-passes.

im not trying to scare anyone, but i want you all to know the facts, and make your own decisions. there may be no place to turn around or you may not be able to back out of a section. once your into it.
now that ive said u cant back out, let me explain. sometimes for your own safety or the safety of others backing out may not be an option. im not goin to force anybody into anything, but just remember once your in a section you may be in till the end. pin stripes and all.

if you are unsure or would like another opinion on the severity of the pin striping ask the guys who went on the first run what they thought. im sure they will chime in but, just in case send a pm to any of these guys.

for those of you who dont know what pinstripping is, its when the branches drag down the side of your truck and leave lines in the paint. some/most of these lines can be buffed out but not all, so make sure you can live with these little reminders of your misadventures. if your bringing a leased vehicle, you might want to think twice. they have no mercy when your lease is up.
you will get some scraping of the undercarriage, but only minor.

i only want to make sure everyone has an idea of what they may experience on this trail ride, please dont panic. those of you with some wheelin under their belt just ignore most of the above.

i will give a quick wheelin 101 in the am if anyone has any questions.

ok i cheated, been doin the cut and paste thing. these last 2 posts have stuff i posted for the first run. so im a slacker, is that bad??
