Post subject:  New/Dumb Qs
Okay, so I'm new to this site and have a couple questions:

1) I saw on the website that you dont have to go offroading with the club when a member, but what else happens with the club besides meeting for some offroading fun? The only reason I ask is because I don't think I would be able to meet for many (if any) offroading meets since I have a 5month old daughter who commands my attention ;)

2) Do you need to have certain experience/knowledge of KJs to become a member? I'll be honest, I'm the stereotypical 20yr old female who doesn't know much about cars (especially KJs, I've only had mine for around 2 weeks) but I want to learn, so that must count for something, right?

HI as Admin/Pres. here I just want to say welcome :D & thanks for finding our club section ,all you have to do is sign in on our members post ( should be a sticky for it) & your done

you do not have to go offroading with us,some like it some don't or can't for what ever reason but we're all family here so don't sweat it :D ,as for knowledge we learn as we go some know more than others but you will learn,you can ask here or on the forum there are alot of knowledgable people on this forum

it's tough for me to get down to NY but we do have quite a few members there & they do get together from time to time our big thing there is our Toy's For Tots meet & greet which we just had a couple of weeks ago that's about the only times I've come down,I am how ever going to try & coordinate some stuff for the NY members after winter,more than likely meet & greets cause I don't realy think there are any places to go offroading & we'll be doing some Jeep events/shows this coming year so stay tuned & again WELCOME :D
