From Bar Harbour- on the CAT- when you hit NS- your like 1 hour away digby scallop days Jeep poker run starting @ Bear river, going into Digby for @ 3:00pm August 9th. http://www.nbjeepclub.ca/soopportal/for ... ?TID=18867 Its kinda close (problem is the 3 hour water crossing) I'm thinking about it- but with a 20 month old- might be to long a day. NSJC event- no drugs or booze permited. |

Its in Nova Scoita Canada, no trail fee's & helps keep www.digbyscallopdays.com alive! a short ferry ride from portland or Bar Harbour Maine, then a 1 hour drive! http://www.catferry.com/route-schedule/ http://www.catferry.com/fares-pricing/ http://nsjc.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa ... read=26540 Portland 5.5 hours or Bar harbour 3 hours. To drive around to Digby Nova Scotia from Portland it would take probably 11- 16 hours depending on the speed of your jeep (and getting through customs). Everyone is to meet at the Super Store in Digby at 9am. From there, we will travel to Bear River to start our trails, and work our way back to Digby. For those of you who are traveling, PM me so I can see how many people there are, and I can probably make a deal with a motel for cheaper rates |
