This better?

Ok, my deepest apologies for coming in on this way late in the game, but I have some questions and comments.
After skimming the back posts I understand that this is supposed to go next to the regular LOST sticker, no?
Second, what is the intent of the decal? If its to signify a TX LOST member from some other region, then I'm down with that. Please correct me if I am wrong. The reason I ask, is if we are trying to get people who are not LOST aware to read it there are some basic principles of design for public viewing that might help. I'll have to go dig up the formulas if anyone is really interested in applying proven sinage techiques.
This decal looks very good, but needs some tweaks. Now, please don't take any of my comments personally, I used to do this professionally, and I learned from my lead designer to never pull a punch. He preferred it that way and as a result he has multiple national awards for his art work.
Suggestions:
-Swap the website URL and the "Liberty Owners Special Team" on the outer rim. That way L.O.S.T is directly next to its meaning and will be easier for someone not familiar with LOST to "get the point".
- I think the KJ font needs to be changed. It’s hard to read and will be even harder to read at several car lengths @ 50+mph. The font weight is good, just needs to be a little more legible. Arial in bold would work. That’s the best I can come up with without installing Corel Draw and the multitude of fonts it comes with.
- Lastly, I’m used to reading Lonestar as a single word. I’m a victim of the El Paso public school system. The top the star spits it an that ok, but I think you would get more pop if it were maybe on the outer ring. This would allow you to boost the "Liberty Owners Special Team" to where it might be read from another vehicle on the hwy. Now, this presents a problem for the web address. Try addressing this by moving the web address to either inside or outside of the "Liberty Owners Special Team" once you move it to the bottom of the circle. This would also allow you to use a smaller font for "Liberty Owners Special Team" once “Lonestar” is moved to the outer ring. Otherwise if "Liberty Owners Special Team" has the same font size as “Lonestar” it will take up way too much space.
I read some posts arguing between cut vinyl and "one off" color prints. There are some options here. Cut vinyl will last longer only if high performance cast vinyl is used and of a good quality with embedded UV protection. However, this may be pretty expensive. Another option might be something like scotch-print, also expensive, but can be printed off in a roll to save money. I used to sell the top end stuff for about 50.00/sq ft installed. Obviously much less without the labor. Its guaranteed for up to 7 years by 3M. However, scotch-print is designed for photos, and what I see here doesn't need that level of color range.
Back when I had my service bureau I looked at some Gerber equipment, I think it was called the Edge. If you can find someone who offers decals from it that might be the way to go. It will give you the color similar to scotch-print or spot color like vinyl and can be dye cut for a fraction of the price. There are multiple places online who can do this in low volume runs.
Of course, this all purely my opinion. You can tell me to take a hike if I’m too late or if you feel I’m full of it.
Thanks,
