Not sure if any of yas are close enough or not but thought I'd extend a welcome to ya nonetheless. It takes place near Hammond, LA on Oct 14-15. There is more discussion along with a web link to the official info about the ride given below. The ride helps benefit the American Cancer Society. It is $15 to get onto the property for a morning and afternoon trail ride, with lunch inbetween for a small donation, then there is a night bonfire with dinner (for a small donation) followed by an optional night trail ride. Sunday there will also be trail riding. You can bring all your own food and drink, just remember that what you bring in you must take out. This looks like a ton of fun for a great cause. I may very well try and join you guys out there assuming all goes well with the release of our magazine's next issue, due out on Oct 9. Will definitely keep you posted, and thanks for the open invitation! |

JPFreek1, Just let nolakj (travis) or myself know what your planning...I know that Friday the 13 I'm driving down to New Orleans to meet up with Nolakj and see him play in his group at some place....should be fun...then Saturday morning we are going to "The Spot" which I'll find out how to get there whilst following nolakj....let him and/or I know what your thinking so we can know to expect you or not...laters -Scott |
