Done Deal! Chemguy came over this Saturday . . . I had called and spoke with someone at Rusty's . . . though, it didn't go up exactly how Rusty's told me, it was close enough. They did clue me in to how to help make things line up though. We got the brush guard on too . . . and to meet my goal I was able to keep the Tow hooks . . . woohoo. Lessons Learned: -A Skid is lot easier to install when you line up everything correctly. -Just as with anything else, if you don't have some extra nuts, bolts, screws, parts, etc... left over, then something when wrong. -Brush guard manufacturers don't know diddly . . . and their poor instructions are no match for good Drill, a broken 1/2" drill bit, small hands, a little enginuity, and some minor scars! Will post some pics once I get the lights wired up and stuff . . . |
