I am showing up at 8...see if Mitch and I can knock out the clevis and isolator stuff on my truck. Anything on that list you still need, moose. I am already bringing some of it.

Due to the fact that the parking lot at home being nothing but a sheet of ice and what the news and Artimus is saying I am not going to make it. Way too much ice on the roads and we are still under a Level 3 snow emergency in this area.

WOW, whwn I got there around noon, Eric had just pulled in, so I did too. I changed my rear diff fluid to keep it lock-step with the front (unfortunatly, it's leaking no, so There goes 3.5 qts of Amsoil...) Anyways, we finished his bumper and my rear around 2:30 (not sure why, but time just went really fast today). We ran into town and grabbed a bite then started on the locker around 4. Took till almost 9, but it seems reall nice. Can't hardly hear the ratchet...

We didn't take any pictures of the part where we are all standing around trying to figure out how it goes together inside the carrier... That took a while. Other than that, it just takes time (not wanting to rush something this serious). I think I could do the next one in three though....

I'm surprised Mitch hasn't popped in with a picture of my messed up foglight :lol:

when we pulled my bumper, I didn't realize there was frozen ice/mud inside my fenderwell...and as such...the wire for the foglight stayed, and the foglight moved, yanked the bulb out, and broke the f'n foglight!

I've been lookin at Fleabay and the cheapest i'm seein is $40 including shipping

Had a good time, but I was kinda off in lala land today. Was up late last night...
little advice: don't make Scrabble into a drinking game. NOT a good idea.

I have not checked his schedule, but I have to work.

My lift should be here this week, and I hope to have it on by the end of the month. I wanted to do it this weekend, but the shop I "borrow" on weekends is not available. That leaves me working, with a stock height KJ, and 45,000 miles SR-A's. After the weather this week, I don't think being strapped around Haspin for a day would be worth the PTO I'd give up.

Moose, I am not sure who has it better: You for having a wife that missed you because you were gone for 12 hours one Saturday, or me because mine thought a job that included noon-midnight hours every Saturday & Sunday was perfect for me.... :shock:

The Aussie Locker is very similar: so similar in fact, that I feel pretty good about having to work on my locker in case I need to replace the locking springs/pins (which I hear will eventually fail).

How's it handle in the snow/mud Moose - did your wife let you out of the house to play yet?

Oh, I haven't even bothered to ask about that one. I've only heard it click 2-3 times since the install though. I haven't had a chance to put it in 4 and do anything, but it's sure smooth on the road. I just wish both diffs wern't leaking
