Kansas is centrally located for this group? Kansas isnt even listed on the L.O.S.T. or Midwest websites. Even if it was Kansas is to the far left of the group unless I`m missing something.
I think this got off of the trail just because ideas are flowing.....
One of the main things is to have the local groups do some on their own
I think I listed this a while ago but here it goes anyway...
Detroit / Michigan area: If I'm not mistaken, there must be at least 10 that I can think of that can make a meet & greet
Indy, Cincy, South east IL area: At least 6 that I personally know - have a meeting probly in Indy?
Chicago Area - about 15 of us is not more
Ohio - probably Toledo, Dayton, Cleveland & the surrounding areas can get together?
Kansas is not listed on the midwest but the 3 guys over there are very active....
So, if anyone is willing to get this Midwest lost going, then somebody has to step up and start getting things flowing... for one thing, we don't have to worry about the chicago area guys.... most important is getting the other midwest sections going. We know we have at least one very active person in each of these areas so maybe we can have that person start something.
We do know that it is going to be very hard to please everybody but I think the way it goes is..... if there is at least 2 to 3 that agree on getting together, by all means, do it - stick with a date but follow thru. better to have 3 together than 10 wantinga special day.... maybe next time a different group of 3 can get together and so on.
Like I said before, I'm willing to do something to help the club going by getting together in Indy - I travel there all the time. I also am willing to get something going in Milwaukee if needed - it is an hour away so no prob.
But, like mike sait at the start of this thread..... if "members do not show up, then there is no club"
