So the location is not definite yet? We've got a fishing trip planned for the weekend of the 12th, but that can be changed if its really needed. I SHOULD be out of school if I do not fail any of my classes and have to take summer classes.

Calculus 2 doesnt like me.

I'm interested in checking that park out in Harlan Co. I'm sure I can get a few tow hooks, and a CB installed before May. If you don't mind a newbie w/ stock tires tagging along. I'm sure the park has some light weight trails I could check out.

Looks like a sweet trail, but Im seeing alot of mud. :twisted:

Don't underestimate the capability of the stock KJ! ...dont overestimate it either, or you'll get into trouble.

Well, we can warm up on some softer stuff, then see how the trails go. You may want to take some time and ride on some more aggressive stuff to see what can be done. Or hang with Eddo and learn how to spot. Or someone can break off and go with you to trails you think you can handle. I hate to see anyone wheel alone. Of course, with skid plates and tow hooks, I took my unlifted KJ through some wild stuff at Slade with Eddo & Blake's help.

Well, It's 5 Hours to Harlin, KY from Dayton. That makes it an overnigher if you ask me, and 2 hours further than Livingston. Anyone still interested in it for the 12th, or do you want to explore more of DBNF (Livingston or Slade)?

Im just not sure about slade... It all seems to be huge rocks, and Im not even sure where the trails are. The way Todd from from Kentucky Krawlers was talking, there is alot of stuff weve not seen at Livingston. Weve never been down to the Lake b/c that one drop off was to big for some people at the time(mostly me since I didnt have rocker rails). I dont know where that comes out though.. Its the same time for me to either Livingston or Harlan from home... So its up to everyone else..

Im not even sure if I can go at the time though..

Whenever the date is finalized, I will know for sure.

)

Yey, would he be interested in guiding on the 12th. I might even top off his tank to cover his gas...

Of course, with skid plates and tow hooks, I took my unlifted KJ through some wild stuff at Slade with Eddo & Blake's help.

A stocker (jerbacher) ran with the crew on the last Livingston run. He only took one bypass and was hung up only once too.

I'm sure there is some somewhat mild stuff too. I imagine they just put the most extreme pictures on the site to make it look sweet...
