UNOfficial Badlands Run May 6th

I am a possibility with my wife. She wants to go and drive... plus i got new tires and my ball joints re done so i want to see the before and after. If so what time would we meet at the hinsdale oais?

I think the hinsdale oasis is a bit too far out of the way for me to go and meet the group there. I'll leave here 5.30ish and be @ the badlands ~9.30ish Attica time

you know you wanna meet up callaway. It would be cool to roll in as one group. Id like to meet up about 500-515 at the oasis and get a full day of wheelin in. hopefully my rock rails come in by next week.

I'm back...FL was awesome...but I as glad to be home and actually drive my Jeep...I missed it for 5 days!!!

I'm ready to get wheelin' again.

I also figured out my CB and it will be ready to go by the 6th....

So it looks like we have about 6-7 rigs???

I'll meet the rest of the Illinoisans down at the badlands - living right on 94 going out the the hinsdale oasis is just too far out of the way

I'm in! My daughter still wants to go, but if she changes her mind, I'll come by myself.

Does anyone have a spare handheld CB they can lend me for the day? If not, I can pick up one of those little $50 Midlands. It serves my needs just fine.

Unlike the Coal Creek trip last month, I WILL press the record button on the camcorder. My family isn't letting me live that one down. :oops:

Are we grilling on the trail, or is it everyone for him/herslf? Unless, I hear otherwise, I'll brown-bag it. My daughter and I are addicted to PB&J, so we're easy to please.

If I can't find a good deal on the Midland this week, I'll bring my pair of 2-way radios and give one to somebody with a CB so they can keep me in the loop out on the trail.

Looks like I have another Jeep!! My sister's boyfriend and her wants to wheel his ZJ, so we'll have a Grand Cherokee with us. So I may have a passenger, as well as another Jeep with a passenger!! Looks to be a really nice sized run!! I'll bring the following:

Package of Wieners
Gatorade/Water
Chips

Anyone else that wants to bring wieners, chips, cookies, whatever may do so...it will help greatly. Anyone got a grill???

I may be able to bring the grill...if others can help out with extra stuff....

I got my CB into commission now so I'll be able to communicate....which I'm really happy about since last time it was being a jerk.... :lol:
