Well, I'm buying meduncan's Rusty's lift tomorrow. So, I guess I'm going to need some help installing this thing sometime. I'm pretty helpless since I've never done a lift, and live in an apartment with no garage etc... So, I dont know what the standard proceedure is on this sort of thing, but just let me know if anyone can lend a hand! |

Are thre front structs/springs pre-assembled? How far are you from Ann Arbor, MI? |

Depends on how far you want to go. I have a garage/jacks/tools etc. and will help you if you want to come over here (Toledo). Take you about two hours to run over here, my half brother lives over there so made the trip back and forth a few times. Like renegade asked are they preassembled? If so then will not take too long to do it! I can come up with somewhere if not lot of shops in the area. tom |

hey everyone, i just picked up the stuff. The struts are preassembled, so that will make everything much easier! Renegade, if I can hook it up in Toledo, that would obviously be a better situation for me. It's a pretty good drive to ann arbor. |

Its about a 1/2 days work with the struts preassembled and enough hands. I might be able to come down to Toledo. Do you have a week end in mind? |

jerbacher/LostRenegade Next weekend I am out of town but the following 28th/29th I would be here and ready. Wouldnt be too far for you to come down LostRenegade Three sets of hands would make short work of the lift! Now if jerbacher can wait that long   Let me know Any one else that wants to visit Toledo is more than welcome

Sat 28th would work best for me as I would probably be getting home late and I work 8-6 on weekdays with a 45min commute. Just to let everyone know, complying with standard proceedure, there is of course food, beer, whatever else coming to all that help! |

Sorry, no torque wrench here. I'll check with my boss tomorrow to see if he has one, but I kinda doubt it. I'll bring the basic tools I have, though they are pretty crappy... |

Well, I'm staying at a friends house in Amherst, OH Friday night. Thats a lot closer to Toledo so I only have 1.5 hrs. to drive. So, I can really be there any time you want! You mentioned starting at 10 am, which is fine with me. I can be there at 9 or 9:30 to get setup to start at 10. Or, if you want to start earlier, possibly to make it easier for LostRenegade, thats fine too! I really, really appreciate the help, so I'm willing to accomodate everyone elses schedules! |

Hey we will try and shoot for say 9:30 or so then. When you get here we will get started. Havent heard anything from Moose, maybe hes LOST The sooner we start the sooner you get to go run around showing off the new lift! Wow could be 2 or 3 lifted KJs in Toledo for a change!!
