I keep having vibrations at certain speeds and had several pros look at it but nothing was fixed. Can anyone recommend a good jeep mechanic ? btw I just got lower ball joints replaced with moogs. Originally thay were replaced due to recall about 5000 miles ago. I just checked them a few days ago and left side was really bad- right side somewhat bad.

Over at Terra they suggested Schaumburg Jeep, which is very offroad and lift friendly - they sponsor a lot of the terra events

Also suggested was this place: http://www.ADS4x4.com

thanks guys
I know Schaumburg Jeep is around $90 hourly and diagnostics will take time so that is probably out.
The place in Crystal Lake looks interesting so I will probably check it out.I am not rulling going to the city either. To be honest the jeep was previously at a dealership and they could not find a problem so blamed it on lift. I checked a lot of things myself - like driveshaft , tires, and no luck. So I need to get someone really good. I was hoping someone might know a good jeep tech who does side jobs or someone like that.

Albright Automotive in Chicago (1 block east of Western on Irving Park road). They are a Jeep speacialist. My brother-in-law had them do some work installing his SYE and driveshaft. They are not cheap.
