Not my style, but I did just happened to overhear a couple guys I know at a car show today talking about rumors Danica Patrick may be jumping over to NASCAR?! :shock:

I will be down in Indy Sept 4 - 6 for the NHRA US Nationals. 8)

man i was mad jaun pablo-montoya got penalized for speeding. he was kicking butt and taking names all race. with him out mark martin (the first driver i ever knew) should have won. jimmy should have let him win. w/e. yea i may have to go to a drag race next. (ive never been). i just cant believe i was the only lost member to go.

I used to so be in NASCAR. Earnhardt died, followed Jr, now I dont even know who won half the time. Now I would rather wach CORR or something like that. Glad you had a good time Matt

thanks. yea mr earnhard sr. was my favorite driver. i watched his accident live. i dont like jr any more because he cries too much, but everyone at the track today loved him. tixx were $90 a piece but the most expensive tix are $500 so by sports comparison theyre not that much

you should go to an indy car race too. they go like, 55 mph faster. the nascars were going like 165. indycars go 220.

I have had the indy stuff in denver before... but I never got to go..... You should look up pikes peak hill climb :shock:

Matt, I WAS THERE ! :D Good Race. This was my 10th Brickyard 400 race. I missed the 500 this year for the first time since 1993. I have been to a lot of races all over, Indy, Daytona, Michigan, Richmond, Atlanta, Memphis, Kentucky well.. those are some of the bigger tracks that every one would know. . were you siiting where those pics were from on pit road? I sat down in turn 1 SE Vista. Left Toledo about 5:30 this morn. , got down there about 10:00 AM walked right up and bought tickets at the window! Oh by the way, I thought it was a good race cause I'm a 48 fan. :lol: :lol: :lol: Finally got home about 11:15PM. Long Day ... but it was gorgeous for a race day at Indy :D
I usually camp for 4-5 days down there. Camp under the water tower at the South end of the track

i knew i wasnt the only one. my other friend nick was sitting between 1 and 2. i was tower terrace. we messed up. we didnt bring food or drinks. i spent 14 on food, 20 on parking, 9 on drinks, and 2 on ear plugs (which were necessary after 8 laps). and that was with free tickets. my friend josh's auto teacher was there too. his sons are tire changers for 2 different teams. thought that was pretty cool.
