OK, this is the not so stocker friendly trail run of the month. Any suggestions? I vote Old Chinaman's Gulch. Any other suggestions? How about the weekend of October 7/8? Any preferences on which day? Who's in?

Here is the link for Old Chinaman's Gulch: http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=1

Since the season is starting to near an end, I'm up for anything. Let me know when and where.

I would like to go along, but I am wondering how 'unfriendly' the trail is. I looked at the TrailDamage link and some of the obstacles clearly have an 'easy' route around them. Others I am not so sure. My concern is that my Lib is slightly modified with only a lift and larger tires. I have no skids, at least not the fuel tank, and no sliders. I would prefer to avoid damage as this is also my daily driver. Is this a feasible expectation?

Thanks for any feedback.

I wouldn't do it without skids and rock sliders if you care about body damage. You are more than welcome to join us and ride shotgun with someone. I'm sure one of us from the springs will have an extra seat. Even if you don't drive, the trails are still fun, and you will have a better idea of what you need next time to run this trail.

I will definitely have my new upper a-arms on by then, but I still want to wait till I get rock sliders. Hopefully I'll be able to get it all done before this trail run, cause I really want to wheel with you guys before the season ends! If I don't have any sliders by then, I will be looking for an empty seat 8)

Yep, you've been slackin' all season. Time to get you out on the trail, even if you have to sit on someone's trailer hitch.:D

Can you make it down for the trail cleanup next weekend. Even if you don't wheel, it would be good to have the help.

There is a pretty good chance I'll be able to make this one but it will be just Cassidy and I; Jen won't be able to make it.

Sounds good to me. Hopefully my rig will be running again, otherwise I'm hitching a ride. There might be a new guy interested in the club wanting to tag along. His brother in law might go as well.

It's about 80% that I will be going.

Anyone else from the denver area planning on going? As it stands right now If I do go I will be the lone Denver area person.

I've been upgraded to "maybe" for this run. We went out of town last weekend and the wife seems happy with the new jewelry so I might be able to sneak a run in.

Now, hopefully I get my Jeep back from the gear shop before this weekend.
