OK, I am putting this out there early so we can drum up interest.

Since JL is coming back our way around the 20th of Jan, how about a meet n greet that weekend maybe in Castle Rock at the Rockyard Brewing Company for lunch @ noon on Sunday the 25th of January. I would try something sooner, but w/the holidays and all people are busy and broke from trying to help the economy :wink:

Items to discuss:
Membership ideas (new membership/what members want out of membership)
Association as a patrol in Mile Hi Jeep Club (I could invite a couple of current MHJC members to talk to us?)
Propose a trail list for this summer (if you want a trail make a list, if someone has a map with trails they could bring would help)
Wrench-a-thon tutorials requested/schedule (winching, front end repair, brakes, etc...)
Open Discussion
Please only post here if you can attend, as for alternate location, I think this is fair for the Denverites and the Springs people, so hopefully it works. If you have Ideas, please save them for closer to the meeting and we can open another thread and we can print it as a reference for our meeting.

As close to the 20th as possible is best for me, I promised my boss the first trip into UT would happen before the close of the month.

I should be able to attend depending on how things are going with the wife and the kids. I like the location, should be a good compromise for most people.

Maybe. My wife has several medical problems that may not allow for me to be too far away so we'll just have to see.

Sorry John, I forgot... We could move it to Sunday the 25th, because Broncsrule may work that Sat too. If this works, please let me know and I will edit this post... See early notice gives me plenty of time for these kinds of changes :wink:

ALL see above, only thing that has changed is the date to the 25th of Jan due to members working on the 24th.

John, can you possibly get ahold of the membership chair for MHJC Cody I think? Maybe see if he can come to explain Mile Hi Jeep club, and answer any questions anyone may have to decide if we as a collective would like to become a patrol or if individuals wish to join other patrols on their own. Just figured you live so close to their meeting place it would be easy for you... If not let me know, and I will see if I can get ahold of someone via email.

I will see if I can hang around CO until the 25. Since I am the UT guy, I know the boss is going to want me to get out there to meet the accounts as soon as I can. I'll try to fill 5 days of stuff to do in CO.
