I got a letter an a survey in the mail yesterday (would've announced this last night but it looks like the forum was down for the count all night. Well, it looks more like this event is a look at some car demos and give your opinion. Not a KJ focus group or anything like that. The good news is if you get picked (after you mail in your survey early enough) you will get paid $150 to spend 2 1/2 hrs reviewing the demos and giving your opinion. That's a lot of greenbacks for 2 1/2 hrs. I mailed mine out today. |

Guys, even if you received the letter be sure to email me regarding your interest. DC is setting up a SPECIAL FOCUS GROUP exclusively for LOST. Unfortunately, I only have two or three emails regarding this from LOST members. I doubt DC wants to hold a focus group for just the 3 of us. What happened to all of the interested folks in the other thread??? |

Hey, I just received a PM on this, and I already returned the survey I received. I would definitely still be interested. Sorry I didn't respond earlier, been too busy with work. Thanks, John |

Yeah! Getting very close. I haven't heard back from the company about doing the survey thing for $150 yet either. I mailed my form back the next day but have heard nothing. Have you heard anything on the LOST focus group date and time? |

Nope. I submitted the list of names on July 5th as requested by Bob. Since then...nothing. |

It doesn’t sound as if any of us were chosen that sent in the survey either. |

Well, let's not piss in our cheerios yet... Am I pissed, yes, because I am burning 3 days of leave that I didn't have to!!! Lets try to do a meeting, even if it is off the record, if Bob is in charge of the Liberty program, and we talk with him, and show him what we can offer (even off record) it may end up on the record at a later date. Can you get me info for an informal meet with him... Maybe we could interest him in a trail ride? I still think it is BS though... I am within 45 minutes of Denver... I am not in CO Springs, I am just north of it... Throw that at him. I understand that this is a research type of group, they do not want all of their data to be skewed to one extreme or the other, the variance must be standard and dat must be useable, but nobody really cares about their rigs like we do... |

I had a trip to Missouri planned for next weekend, but due to a large number of product orders and less funds than to be comfortable making such a long trip, I have postponed that trip until later in August. So, depending on child care, which shouldn't be too difficult to arrange, I should be able to attend an informal meeting just about any time. |

I still think there are some stinky feet involved from those that asked us to do this LOST thing. Regardless. Anyone that sent in their survey get a reply back yet? I am talking about the one where we get paid $150 to look at things for 2 hrs and then give our input. |

I sent the survey in within a few days of receiving it and have heard nothing.... I wonder if they are still doing it? |

Dave, I agree with you, but face it, research is done to try to get certain answers within a range or sample. Criteria must be specifically defined, or the results will mean nothing. (can you tell I am a Statistics/Business research class right now) I still think if it was thrown out as an open invite, as it was, they should make the time for us since that is what they originally asked for. To not do this is just not good customer care at the top. We expect a stealer to come out and promise one thing and never deliver, but DC should be different. You reading this Bob? BTW if you are, when is the Gladiator going into production? |

Guys, from Bob's response it looks like we've all been included in Liberty focus groups...just not a LOST specific group. Again, this is excluding the C. Springs folks of course. |
