WEll, I'm a newb to this 4 wheeling thing. Anywho, since recent events have not allowed me to get another toy, I figured I need to enjoy something with 4 wheels and was wanting to take my stock Liberty off roading sometime/somewhere and figured it would be best to do it with a group such as this since you all seem to be experienced Jeepers. So how does one get into this type of thing? I believe you guys have monthly meetings etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We have a monthly meeting first Wed. of the month at 8pm on the MA LOST site:http://www.mid-atlanticlost.com/news.php and a monthly run at Paragon Adventure Park:http://www.paragonap.com/ on the third Sat. of the month. Your welcome to join us at either or both! Joe :-)r

To add to what Joe was saying. We have monthly rides to Paragon or Rausch Creek. I am thinking that Rausch needs a couple more rides so that we can really enjoy that park.

First thing we need to know is what do you have on your Jeep (ex. skids, lift, tires etc....) When we do monthly runs we try and set it up for the least modified Jeep. I don't mind running any type of trail so it won't hurt my feelings to do something a little easier.

If you don't have skids than that would be the first thing to get. I like others, have been on some rough stuff stock and was glad to have the skids.

You didn't get rid of your SVT did you RTStabler51? I thought it used to be in your signature.

We have a fun run coming up on October 7th down along the Outer Banks. It's something you can do without any lift or skids.

After you get adicted, get skids and rockrails. Then a lift and then ____________________, and then _________________, and then some _______________, maybe a couple _____________, definitely gotta have some __________________, and of course _______________.

You can fill those blanks in later. I did...now I'm just trying to afford a house in VA Beach and all those things.

Thanks for the info guys. She's a bone stock Libby, even with the crappy stock tires! I'll be at one soon.

Dog, yup I got rid of it. I was just burnt out on it, fun little car though. First the g/f made me get rid of my Lightning (for the Liberty nonetheless), next it was the CSVT. If she makes me get rid of my dobie, she's outta here!
