If you haven't heard the good news. Paragon isn't dead yet. In an over turn judgment. The park can remain open until the appeals process is complete. http://www.timesleader.com/mld/timesleader/16640607.htm As of right now they will be open 8-4 Sat. and Sun.

Therefore, I want to plan this month’s ride to paragon. We will have to keep are ears to the ground on this. Everything is changing fast and could close again at a moments notice. If the unfortunate happens we will go to Rausch instead.

Date: Sunday 2-25
Where: the Exxon
Time: Meet 8:00am

Who is going?
W3CSX
xjking
Joe Jeeper

Oh man. The jokes are now following me haha! Well a quick glance at the bank account and it seems that Paragon is out AGAIN! I HAVE to make it up there before it closes for good.

Thanks for the update Joe. It's going to be a cold one high of 28 degrees with some snow showers. Dress warm.

Here is the report from weather.com.

Have fun! I was at Paragon last Sunday and we had a great ride. Snow conditions were about 6" of snow a layer of ice and about 4" of powder on top. If nothing has changed plan on having some traction issues (chains would have been nice). Belive it or not, Boy Scout was the most difficult trail and Rock Swamp/Woodpecker was the easiest. At check-in Dan informed me that many of the trail signs are now missing. I'll keep an eye on the board and hope to ride with you all again soon.

I'm defiantly bringing my chains! I only have one pair. Not sure if front or rear would be better. I'm thinking putting them on the front to aid in steering control. Hmmmm.
