I posted this in off topic, but figured I would let the locals know too...

Hey Everyone. I wanted to post up about a bike ride that I am doing for the National MS Society. It is Sept 29-30 going from Cherry Hill, NJ to Ocean City, NJ 100 miles, and then back to Cherry Hill for 75 miles on Sunday. This is my 4th year doing the City to Shore, and 5th year doing a MS Ride. I also try to get in rides for the American Cancer Society, but this year I am not able to.
