| Post subject: | Rausch Creek November 10th |
So it's been a while since we've had a group trip. In another thread we discussed a possible run and came up with a date of November 10th. So far in that thread we had two people interested in that date. Plus I have a neighbor who just bought an 05 Rubi that wants to go off-road to test his rig out. So this thread is to start a sign up for this ride. Just add your name on to the list. Hope to see a bunch of you guys there. 1. chefdab + one Rubi 2. JMM 3. 4. curtis 5. frank 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Maybe Group 1. WV0IIIIIII0 2. hardhittinz |

We can run some greens for ya and then when we want to get more technical, you could park your Jeep and ride with somebody. Or go watch the rock crawling competition that's happening that day. |

With skids and occasional spotting you'll be fine. I wheeled my Liberty stock with just skids for a year (including the stock crappy Goodyears) with nothing more than a few scratches. Like I said we'll do stuff that everyone can handle but if you feel it's too much, you can park and ride with someone or go watch the rock crawling. Your Libby can do a lot more than you think. |

I'm planning on heading up there with another group, but I'd like to tag up with some fellow Libby wheelers. What trails were you planning on running? |

Hadn't really planned the trails yet. Was waiting to see who all was going so we could do trails that everyone could do. |

For those who may be nervous about taking their Libbys wheeling, here's some pics of me taking mine out when it was bone stock on some green and low blue trials. You can get nearly everywhere in the park using these trails, and I've seen compact cars drive up to the competition area. It's a little nervewracking the first time you go out, but it's hard not to get hooked! http://web.mac.com/dgomme/Daves_Photos/ ... 11-06.html |

Hey to those of you that are coming, who is bringing their wife/girlfriend? My wife says she will go but only if somebody else brings their SO so she will have someone to talk too. |

Tell her I am coming. We usually have some good conversations on the trail. |

Rubi just got winterized. She is in for the season. Had a few more parts fail on me tonight so I am going to have to back out and stay dormant until the lift and tires are on. |

So for the rest of you that are still coming, what time are we meeting? I was thinking between 8-8:30 at the Exxon at exit 104. (yes Chris that early:lol: ) That way we can fuel up and get last minute supplies before we head to the park. |
