Anyone up for a hangover crawl Shoe Creek or GWNF? Have me and about 3 or 4 others that need and want to get out. I have been to each place once, so I am not completely sure of my way around so loking for a tour guide. Looking at 31st or 1st. |

Let's go the 1st to Shoe Creek, which by the way is in the Blue Ridge Mountions of VA. I won't be able to leave till 9am because my headache will be in the way., |

Mike, Jan 1 works, Leave the beaches around 9 works to. Some of the guys may go up camping the night before. Most of us have duty the next day but we all need and want to get out. |

Doc, I was thinking of leaving at 8 but my headache will still be in full force so let's leave at 9AM for the 7/11 on Indian River Road. If we roll be 9 and don't hit any traffic we should be Montebello at 1PM. For anyone who would like to meet us at the trail head we will be at country store in Montebello, VA at 1PM. It will take us about 3 hours to go down Shoe Creek. |

Mike, We may go up on the 31st camp out wheel and fish for awhile(if we get permission from wives). All of us from the ship have to be back to the ship on the 2nd by 0700 or duty so we are not looking at staying up there to late on the 1st. I will know more on Sunday so I will let you know then. |

Liberty expiring at 0700 on the 2nd. Um, wonder what is going on  (Shift colors, un....).
Lets go ahead a do this. You may or may not get permission to camp/fish, and I can't leave before 9AM, so it looks like Jan 1st will be a wash. Start sucking up to the wife (major suck up time) and make sure you pack your banana warmer because it gets cold up there at night. |

Hey mike we are leaving the beaches to Shoe Creek 0700. Sorry you can't make it. We will have to plan something for GWNF in a couple of weeks. |
