These are serious terrain events held on private property.It's not for everyone but it is a gas.Body damage is possible and breakage is always a possibility.If you like a challange and are lifted,locked and skilled this is the place to be.Lemme see if I can dig up a photo.Here's a website:http://www.bigdogsoffroad.com/index.php

I will be wheelin with the southern maryland hard rock crawlers while i am back home. i hope they do a run with the big dogs. my dad said he had a blast the last run he went on with them. . . He is wheelin a silver 05 unlimited

I'd start a "want to go Wheeling" thread except that I don't have a spare million dollars laying around for the gas money. :lol:

I too am on the short side when it comes to cash.However I am going to try and come up with the money to do Big Dogs Summer Slam.Need to spend some time under the Jeep between now and then.Anyone else?

BTW I just love the KJ newbie tag. :lol:

Just wondering if anyone is interested in trying to make the August Big Dogs event.It's a blast and way more than the trails.Music and a big bonfire on Saturday night is the norm.Here's the agenda for Aug 2-3.

Friday – 3 to 11 PM – Check in and register



Saturday – 9 AM – Driver’s Meeting

- 12 AM – Lunch on the trail

- 5 PM – Return to camp



Sunday – 10 AM – Driver’s Meeting

- 12 AM – Lunch on the trail

- 3 PM – Return to camp

- 4 PM – Return to camp



- Free RTI Ramp

- Free Obstacle course

- Free4WD Training School

- Free Trail Tech Tips

- Free use of John Hunt’s vehicles

This private wooded campground has many amenities:

- Beach - Rifle & handgun range

- Boating - scenic overlooks

- Canoeing - 2 caves

- Swimming - Mountain Biking

- Volleyball - ATV and Trail Bikes

- Rock Climbing - Hiking and Backpacking

- Rappelling - SCUBA Diving

- Hunting - Snow Tubing
