I was on I-77... 25 miles North of Charleston WV...

I saw a renegade color KJ... Lifted...On around 31's... Heading South on 77 around 2:45...
It was muddy... and TOWING a Very Muddy XJ that had around a 4" lift.... The XJ was dark in color... Maybe blue....

You wouldn't have seen me I was in a Dodge Truck..
