i am new here again, i couldn't get into my old account. i also own a chevy colorado and will be having a meet in new jersey, here is a copy of the post over there, so i'll start a list here to We probably will stay on the easier trails, a few people going have not been offroad before. meet will be saturday sept 25 or sunday the 26 which ever day will get more people!!!!! stuff you should bring!!!!! 1.tow strap(have recovery hooks or a hitch) 2.shovel 3.jack 4. jack board 5.1st aid kit 6.water &food(i have a traveling bbq) Location is Wharton State Forest NJ should be fun had by all!!!!!! definatly coming 1. bobandcar maybe WickedKJ |

I'm UBER jealous. I would totally be making this run seeing that I live only 20 minutes away. However, I go out for knee surgery on Sept 17th.  and its my driving knee! Wahhhh!!  Hope you all enjoy the trip! And on a side note... check your breather hoses, or end up with Piney Swamp A*S in your gears!  LOL

Def. want to make sure you have some recovery. Last time i was out there i was with a jeep squad, 2 xterras and a dodge ram. My one X buddy actually earned not only his Jeep Recovery Unit but Dodge Recovery Unit decals.  From my last trip i ended up replacing a t-case, flushing all fluids and will be regearing the rear dif and axles. (im driving the hell out of the gears until sept when im out for surgery then they get regeared). Just as usual dont go hauling booty through something that you think is just a lil bit of water. lol Other than that have a great time! *on a side note: if my bf is willing we may do the run still, just with him wheelin his X and myself as a passenger* |
