I found out that with our 10% discount from Tellico, it will cost $717.21 to zip 23229. The shipping cost is $36.95. May be helpful to a few others looking for the cheapest place to get an ARB. I for one, am going to use our discount to get it from them. This should add some $$ back to the wallet seeing that everyone else wants $780-875 for the bumper with shipping  .

Did you call to verify the shipping cost? Most of these online stores add extra shipping for heavy items like bumpers. If that really is the shipping cost, then this is a really good deal. You can't ship an ARB across the street for 37 bucks.

I called Tellico and they confirmed that the price of shipping is correct for the ARB. I ordered it today and it came to be $720.00 with the discount. Hope this helps for anyone who wants to get one.

No winch. Don't want the weight or expense. I don't wheel alone, so not worried about it.

Tellico has it for 10% off (code: TP-LKJC) for LOST members.

Umm, he already has a bumper...I'm guessing that's for an RD93...and that price makes sense. No way anyone charges that little to ship a BullBar....they'd be out of their minds! If they are, you should jump on it like nobody's business.

Who already has a bumper? I need one.

Seth, can I get a bumper without the metal hoop over the top?

Also, can I mount my hi-lift on it?

Hoop doesn't come off, it's not a Sahara bar. The highlift can be mounted on the CB mounts on top of the hoop, but personally I think that doens't look so good. Tried it, sticks up too high.

ok. thanks.

Maybe the hi-lift will be ok mounted there just when on the trail. Nice to be able to get at it easily when you need it. Also, it probably looks really tough when out in the wild! (Albeit a little silly when driving around the local mall ;-))

I just noticed that 4wheelparts is selling the ARB for KJ's for $716 DELIEVERED!!!

http://www.4wheelparts.com/4wp/products/productLine.asp?cat=TUB&prodline=293&catName=Steel+Products&man=BULL

Note that the KJ is listed under the Toyota section. I'd call, personally.

Also note that you don't see the special price until you click BUY.

I was looking at the picture of the ARB online and I don't see any tow points. Does it have hooks or shackles anywhere or do you use the bull bar?

There are two points under it where you can hook up a shackle as shown in Garry R's KJ. Let me see if I can dig up a pic...

Here's todds showing the hole without the D ring installed.

I mounted the Hi-lift on my wife's ARB and everyone (including her) tell's me it looks good there. It is also very accessible.

The tow points shouldn't be pulled sideways very much, mine bent to one side pulling at about a 30degree angle. Not a big issue but it did bend.

We love our ARB!

Oh yeah, before I mounted the Hi-lift I covered the area it would touch with clear packing tape. Works good!

Silver ARB on a Limited would look good. IMO the black looks better on the sport with the sport fender flares. You can have it painted to match but you have to specify when ordering it. If your going to order one from Tellico, then call them and verbally place the order so you get the right color.

I didn't realize you can get it in different finishes. I assumed silver ones were painted when installed to match.

I'm painting my Khaki to match.

MY BUMPER IS IN!!! Monday the KJ goes to the plastic surgen (aka body shop) for installation and repair from accident. WAHOO!!!
