Adam,
my dealership turned me down and another dealership said to take it up with my dealership.
Customer service was a joke trying to talk to them, and no one will give me phone numbers for the Regional Powertrain Tech Center that has not heard of any failures on the front housing.
I just keep getting the run around from all of them.

I've located a housing complete with carrier for $500.00 from a local bone yard but, can't see wasting time and money putting the same piece of junk back on for the mild wheeling I do. Ha, ha!

I guess I'll just leave it sit until a better option comes on the market to replace it with.

Can you still drive it around in 2WD?

Nick, you can drive it around in 2wd. I did that for a month when mine broke. You need to remove the front axles however or you will grind the gears. The driveshaft needs to be undone as well.

Hope this helps.

Dave
