I measured it every way I can think of. It's definately 1/2" higher on the right. It's not different pressures in the tires either. I noticed both springs are lined up the same way. Should one be rotated 180 degrees so the highest part of the spring is on the outside on both? It's on the outside on the right, but the inside on the left right now. The place that installed it turned out to be real knuckleheads. The tire store told me I was lucky I wasn't killed on the few mile trip to them. The guys that installed the lift didn't even hand tighten the front end. Everything was only threaded a couple turns.

about the lean
I have never seen a level driveway or parking lot
I install industrial scales ,big enough to fit an 18 wheeler on
they will not work correctly if they lean
+/- 1/16" over 12' is ok
our KJ had a lean from day 1 noticed it in the drivway
took it to weigh it later that day and noticed lean was gone ,level truck scale
same thing happens to EVERY truck or SUV that parks in our drive way
try to move the jeep so that the rear tires are in the same spot as the fronts

keep in mind that if you drop the front tire a single inch
the rear will go up more than that so if you park in a hole that is only 1/4" deep with 1 front tire it will lean

put a 4 foot construction level on it and i bet its level. no lots are perfectly level but the vehicle will be. mine looks like that everday at work. You should also turn it around in the same parking spot and see if things changed.

I haven't used a level yet, but I've noticed it leans the same direction at the tire store, my office parking lot, and my driveway.

It's not the parking lot. Mine sits 1/2" higher on the right side since i installed the lift and have gone pretty much insane trying to figure it out. I just learned to live with it. I checked it at work, parents house, my house, home depot, lowes, best buy and everywhere else i park it, it leans. I think there must be some heavier doo doo on the left side. I know in the front the battery is on the left. Thats the only thing i can come up with.

I think wildrussian even replaced the rear springs again and it still leaned.

I've noticed mine is a little less than 1/4" lower left front, so that could be the battery. Not enough to notice without measuring. However, the 1/2" lower left rear I can see very easily. I looked at my rear springs, when checking for the extra spring isolators that the idiots at Trailblazers didn't install and lied to me about, and noticed that both springs have the highest portion to the right. Should the left spring be turned so the highest portion is on the left? I'm wondering if that could contribute the extra 1/4" difference from the front. When I take it back to S&S in a week or two for the after-settling alignment, I'm going to have them put in the extra set of isolators to level off the rear. I could have them turn the spring at the same time. I don't think I'll ever go back to Trailblazers without taking one of my assault rifles with me. Not only did they do the rear wrong after I told them 3 times and had them check to make sure they added the isolators instead of replacing the originals, but most of the front was only tightened a couple turns. Not even hand tight. The guys at the tire store told me if I had driven a few more miles instead of straight there, the front probably would have fallen apart and I was lucky to be alive.

I just noticed a trend with the lean
it would seem that it is always with the rustys lift and newer modles
or any lift and prelowered modles

Now this can be fixed easy
If you are 100% sure that where you are parked is 100% level
then just slide the front strut that is lower out of the clevis a little at a time until it looks good
PITA but if you want it to look perfect then you will deal with the trouble

I tried it all, I had my spring replaced with the new one, I swiched the sides of them, I turned them different ways. It drove me nuts for a long time until I realized that they all do it. I probably have 10 or so pictures of other Libertys that are all leaning. All the people who say there is no level parking lot must think that all the parking lots lean to the left beacuse I tried many of them. Seriously I know you want a solution for this and I know you don't like my answer but I couldn't find any way to fix it. I even tried putting extra isolator on left side and i could swear it still looked like it leaned. Please let me know if you figure it out but I gave up on it.

Thanks for the info. I don't have very much spare time working 2 jobs. No one else has noticed it on my Jeep but me, so I guess I'll just live with it.

Definately have KJOCD. Of course, I'd say most the people here probably do. Fortunately a daily dose of KJ takes care of it.
