id rather go this way for protection.

id just save the cash and buy the arb. at least you know then that you never have to worry about breaking it. an also that you don't have to worry about all sorts of other things because its designed without about everything you could think of in mind already

They don't make one for the 8.25

I have one and it works great. I am thinking about selling it. Any takers?

I need to replace my cover because my diff broke and gouged the inside of the cover. Since I need a new cover, I am looking at a beefy one. If I go that route, I won't need the rock ring.

Bought one of these this summer. No leaks :) And it's much more stout than stock. Less expensive than ARB too.

Just put one of these on myself. No leaks in 3 days and Dan at Ruffstuffspecialties.com was very nice to do business with, even got a discount for mentioning LOST.

It is a little awkward getting on when hustling with the permatex 5 minute gasket, but its on and no leaks.

It is seriously thick.

That is awesome about the RuffStuff diff cover (I was the one who asked Dan to give us a discount on this too since he had given it to other online groups).

Now I just need to order mine!!! :D

Did anyone who ordered these get it with the drain plug and counter-sunk holes?

If so, please post a pic.

Also, let us know how much diff oil it needs with the larger capacity cover will ya?

What type of primer and paint are you using?

Thanks,

so what kind of discount did you all get from ruffstuff?
I had one of the ones something like the one from 4XDoctor but it was going to be real close to the Kilby skid, think this will work OK??? have enough room between it and the skid? How much deeper is it than then stock one?

Tom

I didn't notice any difference in capacity between ruffstuff's cover and the OE. perhaps 1/4 qt.

I'm not sure how obtrusive the Kilby skid is, but there's still plenty of room between the mopar skid.
