dealer problems ( resloved!! details pg2)

You know since I have been on this site. I have read a couple threads stating that people would get under there KJ and notice rust from the factory. So these guys are just stretching so they dont have to pay. Maybe you should go take a look around there lot on some new KJs and find some that have rust. Then go and point that out to them. They havent been wheeled. Or lifted.

ok so at 3 i called the dealer and they said the mopar truck just ran and they would call me back and let me know if the parts came. they called me back in about 10 min and said the parts were there and my jeep would be done in and hr. so at 420 i get to the dealer and they hand me my key apologize for the inconvenience and i was on my way in my fixed KJ!!!!

.. so they didnt try to stick me with the bill were way nicer than they were the day before and all was well. im not sure i would take my jeep back there to have anything done but they did resolve the problem the best they could. yes i missed a day of class but oh well worse things could happen. now i can get an alignment and the busted window fixed and my jeep will be good as new!!!! just figured i would let everyone know how this turned out.

Don't be a door mat, If you let them then don't come whining about it . Don't mean to spank you , but I have met many who complain how they are treated but do nothing about it. oh trust me i defiantly stood up for myself and my KJ. they kissed my butt today and payed the bill. i thought i might have over reacted about it but when u take u jeep in to be fix the last thing you want to hear is they messed something else up. i did stand my ground and it did pay off and im sure that is what u have to do to get things to come out the way they did. thanks for the advice though but i was done one step ahead of you :wink:
