with als arm's, i used the daystar 2.5", then i took the old oem ones, shaved off the insert part so it was flush on the back side, 2"hole saw'd a 1/4" in from the back side to allow the top of the ball joint to sit in and 1/2" hole saw'd right through for the grease nipple and sat that right on the top of the arm.... bump stop to bump stop. I used zap straps through the ends and around the arm's. I will try to post a pick, works well with a 4" fr lift.

fixed mine friday....ended up being the sway bar end link. Tightened it up (top bolt) and all noise is gone.
