DE, those are the OLD Cooper STT's. the new ones look like this:

Those, or Maxxis Buckshots/Bighorns are what are going on my KJ next.
And if tires are too noisy for you, then A: man up and turn up the radio, like Jason said, or B: get a less-aggressive tire and sit on the porch with the little dogs
Just out of curiosity...did you get your KJ aligned after lifting it? The front tires will be toed in like crazy if not, and be fighting each other going down the road, and that will kill your fuel ecoomy. my KJ doesn't use any more gas now with a lift and 245/75-16s than it did with 235/70-16s. get your speedo recalibrated, and it will read properly, and I guarantee that you will find at least 2 mpg you were missing.
Oh yeah, went straight from the shop to the dealership for an alignment...... Probably get another alignment in another 1000 miles..... I decided to stop being such a little biiaatch and just keep the tires, cuz the offroading potential is awesome....
I am gonna eventually Dynamat the the entire cabin floor and fire-wall though (after my wallet stops smoking!).... Gonna add more weight, but oh well. from the research i have done it will help with the noise......
Gonna probably take the advice given here and re-gear eventually too.... Hopefully get some MPG's back.....
