i bought a caliper kit that came with bolt, sleeve and grease from the dealer. don't remember how much it costs but it wasn't that bad. About the lug nuts, i bought mine at Canadian tire. They are cheaper and better.

i had a similar situation happen to me on the first car i owned. I blew off the manual and didnt check the torque after a designated period of time.... or use lock-tite. engine mount land transmission later.... i check everything at least twice after its done.

I feel that locktite is essential for bolts that you seldom ever remove such as pinion or flywheel nuts but for bolts that I routinely remove such as lugnuts & caliper bolts then I use an antiseize compound & a calibrated torque wrench (my arm )
Watch out using antisieze, many blots are not ment to have antiseize on them either and many bolts require to be torqued "dry".

Wow, 90ftlbs is serious torque. I am sure I have never torqued any caliper bolts that tight.
