Thanks for the Input on My situation. I found my leak it is around the fittings on the Cooler lines. I ordered a Re-Manufactured Rack today should arrive Friday morning I guess you just helped me plan my Weekend. Complete Steering System Swap Pump,Cooler, and Rack. I'm not leaving anything too chance here.

I'd be replacing the PS lines instead of the cooler. The rack is not hard to replace,be patient,no front diff removal needed either. Also don't forget to have a PS pulley remover handy, the new PS pump does not come with the pulley and you must reuse the old one.

That's one reason that ARB's are so cool. Engauge the front as long as you need it then open it up when you have to turn.

That's the way to go, ARB all the way.

The Cooler and Lines are all one piece and can't be separated. The pump I got has a Pulley on it. Just opened the box too be sure. Thanks for telling me though definitely would have sucked to tear it apart then realize I didn't have the required tools to finish the job.

Sorry, I went out to sea for a couple of days.

I have a Detriot True Track in the front.

I am going to change my fluid out when I get a chance and see what happens. Again I have no issues in 2wd.

I figured it was just a week power steering pump, is their an aftermarket one that would be strongetr and an easy replacement?
