Okay... So I've got the lp all cut up to size. Took about 5 minutes on the bandsaw. Now I need a template for the ear tabs, gonna use me some lexan maybe... Maybe, to assist in locating during welding.

Next comes machining inserts for the seals/bearings.

For the record, I will have no problems selling the required parts to do this yourself.

I am thinking that a lexan overlay for the tabs and machined "caps/inserts" for bearings and seals could compose a kit. You guys source your own axle (that comes with gears, already installed) say from a wreckers. You guys source your own metal for the tabs, and do your own work...

This saves money on both shipping and labour, ie it will be cheaper for the end user
