Did I miss something? Can't you run 32's with the common lifts out there with trimming & pinch weld smashing? I admit I may have missed something in the 6 pages of info, but I think that this post says that with the 4" lift you still have to trim & pound for 32's.
You'd be correct about needing to trim and pound the pinch weld even for the 4" lift to run 32" tires.

I had the 4" since 05-23-06 this is my daily driver thought it was fine on the road some bump steer. The Gen. 5 Arms got rid of that. Had it to Paragon several times -okay the best time was after the powertrax went in and I was up in the snow. Hadn't gone much after the stl stl steps were put on not in a hurry to bash them in. I don't have this as a toy and another vehicle so I like it nice and want it to perform. I put the six inch on because I could see the 265/75R16's ramming into the fender flares with the 4" so far it rides nice I've had it on the ramp and tomorrow I'm going to try it at Rausch Creek Off Road Park. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm gonna do greens and maybe some blues and take it easy for the first ride.

Well, I have some news for all of you......

Marty, Troy, and I finally got the new strut assembly installed in my Reny. :D

Troy did the passenger side and Marty and I did the driver's side. Troy beat us to completion (not a hard task for him).

We did a measurement from center of the hub to the bottom of the flare and got 22 even on the drivers side and 22.25 on the passenger side. Typical since there is so much more weight on the drivers side (including the tools I had inside were on the driver's side in the cargo area).

The rear was something like 22 to 22.25 but it has had 4 months to settle. We did take off two plates from the front strut assembly.

It definitely is sitting high again and looks awesome once more.....

There is one big problem.........

.....my MTR tires are worn down to nothing and need to be replaced within a month.

I test drove around the block. at Marty's, throwing it into 4 HI Full Time and going over dips and bumps. No issues.

I drove back to Denver (~63 miles) and no issues. I do have to get my front tires balanced. The steering wheel has been shakey for quite awhile now betwen 40-60. Driving at 75+ mph, the whole KJ was shaking up front. Tires unbalanced and probably more wind catching underneath.

I'll be hitting a tough trail  this coming Memorial weekend to test out the lift. I'll report back afterwards. 8)

Dave, WTF?! You post that you're done with your lift and post no pictures????? Come on .... go out into the garage, take some photos, and post them here!! Consider that an order!
Wait, I don't think I our rank you, so consider that a strong suggestion.
