HOW'S THE RIDE QUALITY WITH THE SPACERS? I AM TRYING TO DECIDE BETWEEN RUSTYS SPACERS AND A FULL SPRING LIFT WITH AL'S UPPER ARMS. I ONLY WANT TO DO THIS ONCE AND I AM LEANING TOWARDS A SKYJACKER LIFT WITH AL'S ARMS. |

If you plan on medium-hard wheelin, go with the full spring lift. My wifes KJ sees very little off-road, and then mostly fire trails, so the spacer kit is "ok" and saved us some money for good tires. In a few more years I will most likely get some brand of spring lift (Rustys-SkyJack-Frankin-"Superlift,please!!") The Rustys spacer kit only got me 2.0" lift front & rear and just clear 245/75's. Next time it will be 3"-4" with some 265/75's or 285/75's. If your only going to lift it once... get the BEST kit that you can the first time. As for ride quality... spacers still ride like stock... same springs. |
