The tranny skids bends and has a big bend that catches...especially it you have to back up...I will say that it covers alot of area.

Skid Rows Tranny Skid also bends but is a little better...can be taken off...turned upside down and propped up on a curb...and bent back by driving your KJ up it like a ramp.

AllJ's can't be beat...

I have had all three and can say from experince!

If I didn't already have the RRO rock sliders I would go with the Boulder Bars or the RL sliders.

Would somebody be so kind as to post a picture of their Rusty's transmission skid plate attached to their KJ? I need to see how much coverage it provides.

Other than the two negative remarks here, I haven't heard much about this skid one way or the other. Help me decide, folks.

T.J.

videoguy buy the allJ skid. I took my stock liberty all around AZ when i was out there and all it has is scratches. I have come down it pretty hard too. Its probly the best skid for the money.

I bet the rustys rocker rails would be ok. Its hard to screw up on something like those. If they bolt to the pinch seam in at least 4 places and bolt to the frame with at least two supports, then they would be ok.
