Yup, just as the title says, I ordered up the Rusty's coil lift, Rancho RSX17004 rear shocks, new front pads and rotors, and will be ordering the tires on either Thursday or Saturday since Tire Rack is out of stock in each of their warehouses. I'll be going with the trusty General Grabber AT2's in 245/75/16.

I'll hopefully be doing the install on Oct. 8th if all goes as planned!

...and BTW, oh yes, there will be pics... 8) :D

I also ordered the Rustys kit yesterday. I also got the fromt strut plate. Today I picked up some Rubicon MT/R takeoffs with only 1500 miles on them. I should be doing my install on the same day as you.

You guys are not gonna be disappointed. Just a craniums up on the strut plate you ordered. The holes may not line up just right to sit on the strut studs so you might have to drill them out a little to make it fit. Not a big deal though.

I got stuck there for 6 days on my way in last week. Go to Sevilla the Irish bar next to the Cathedrel is good. Its called Flahertys. Or if your on base and want a good place to eat thats closser than Sevilla. Go to Moron (the town not base) and go to Casa Pepe. It dosnt open for dinner till 8 though. I guess you can tell that I have spent my share of time in Moron. If your in Rota I have some sugestions for there as well.

Ordered it right from Rustys (www.rustysoffroad.com). The kit goes for $465 but also goes for $415 without the rear shocks.

Right on!!

What type of riding are you in to? I'm a Dirt Jumper/Freerider/Downhiller/Street rider :) I'd like you to my team's message board with tons of pics and vids of us riding but it crapped out last week and I can't figure out what's wrong with it.

But back on subject..be sure to take pics during the install process, I'm very intrigued to see how it goes :)

Sweet! Downlilling looks like a blast. I pretty much ride only technical XC. I fall enough on that. Can't imagine the falls I'd take downhilling!!!

I'll make sure to take pics and give a report on the install. Should be a fun time. Just trying to find the time right now where my buddy and I can wrench on the Jeep together!

Yeah well I am on my sixth day here right now! :D  Mixed feelings! Since I wanna be home with the wif since i haven't seen her in about 5 months! It has been great here, second time through here for me. I toured the Cathedral the last time here and discovered Flaherty's back then! Awesome Irish pub and great beer! I also have been to Grenada this time and hiked in the Hills above the Al Alhambra palace, great town with awesome history! The next day we went to Toramerlinos to the beach. That was an experience right there since it was a topless beach!! Never seen so many old boobies before in my life!! But there was enough "talent" there to make up for it! Over all it has been a great trip and hopefully I will be back home tomorrow! We were stuck here waiting on you dam tanker guys!!! Sheesh!

I lived there for a bit in Cadiz/Rota area. Granada is a really nice place, have you been to any of the bodegas yet? I was in a squadron there...I loved it there..son was born there. I am looking to live there if my cards line up right here in a few years. Just a little note thats all. If your looking for somethings to do I have some friends there that could take you someplaces, navy folks, dont where your at but just if your bored.

the install went off without many problems the rear was done in about 20 min. I like the way it looks and I like the way it rides I just need to find some place to get it dirty now.
