Not every vehicle will be at the same height. Tire pressure, what has been added or subtracted from the vehicle (mods and what is kept inside), age of suspension, tire wear, type of tires, air temp, and just being another vehicle can alter each vehicle's height. Height increases also vary from vehicle to vehicle. |

Height increases also vary from vehicle to vehicle. which is why asked someone to ball park it, I wasn't expecting you to get out the old micrometer. |

Where do you want it measured? I'm heading out to the shop this afternoon and I'm kind of curious myself about stock height to give me a base line. Mine is an 06 with less than a 1000 miles on it, 235/ 70R16s. |

To get the most consistant measurement, measure from center of hub to bottom of stock flare. Measuring from the ground will be the most inconsistant measurement, but a stock jeep measured from hub to flare will be more consistant. |

Stolen from All J's web site. 1) DO NOT measure from the hub to the fender flare OR from the ground to the fender flare. The fender flares are not symmetrical and you will NOT get an accurate measurement this way. (BTW this is a common mistake!) 2) DO measure from the pinch weld. Measure from the front of the pinch weld and then measure from the rear of the pinch weld. The measurements should match or be VERY close. 3) If you have Boulder Bars, or another company's bars, installed on your KJ, measure from the bar to the ground. (We obviously won't guarantee another company's rails will be straight from front to back(mine aren't even close to straight-XR Also note: KJs usually come from the factory a little higher in the rear. Once we lift a KJ with a Frankenlift, we get the KJ to be even front-to-rear (using the measuring guide above). Otherwise if you go too high in the rear, you will overtax the rear "wishbone" balljoint. |

Ok, I measured from the top of the hub to the fender flare (17" all around) and from the ground (poured cement) to the fender flare (32" all around). This was before I read XR's post. XR, do you mean from the front and back of the pinch weld to the ground? |

I'm not taking credit for that as it's from All J's web site. The pinch weld it refers to is under the doors where the rocker meets the unibody. |
