I have to drill a few holes through the crossmembers of my 04 to install the 05 Mopar engine skid. What size bolt should I be using?

Thanks

Yes, for an '05, but I'm trying to do a retrofit job.

Anybody have a bolt length recomendation? I thought there were a lot of people that drilled out the nutzerts. What did you use?

Thanks

The bolts for stock skids are metric. I think 10mm x 1.5 pitch. Home Centers have a jig where you can test for the proper bolt size and thread pitch. The bolts that came with my RRO transmission skid were not the right bolts. They were 3/8" close but slightly smaller than 10mm, and they kept stripping out. The metric bolts are a perfect fit and never strip.
