ive got a Rough Country 3" (its what ive got so im working with it) i recently replaced the front Springs and struts to take the extra weight of an ARB, Warn M8000, and warn lights. when i first got the lift (with out ARB.... ect.) the rear was slightly lower than the front, now its about 1 1/2" lower. Rough counrty has been trying to figure it out, they sent me new springs which did nothing. If they dont pull through and help me out with a solution, what should i do to acheive that extra 1 1/2".. i.e. spring isolater/poly sapcer?

I would think the extra isolator route or even the poly spacer route would be the way to go. Not sure off the top of my head how much you'll get out of just the poly spacer, but I imagine you could do the poly spacer on the bottom with an extra isolator or two up top.

A 2.5" Daystar poly spacer on the bottom of the coil should be more than enough.
Don't add any isolators to the top, and you may have to take the lower isolator out if it's to high.

i put three spring isolators on each side of the rear with the 2.5 inch rustys rear coils.
this has added maybe an inch to the rear with no ill effect.

at 10 bucks a piece, this is the cheapest way to go.

I've added 2 half inch spacers on each side (so 1 inch on each side) of the rear and the 1/2 inch Rusty strut plate to the front with a generous clevis. All seems to be ok except for a crunching and poping noise when I break hard and the suspension flexes. I have not been able to trouble shoot the noise. It is not the swaybar. The CV angles are ok....

You want the upper. I bought mine here http://www.wholesalemopar.com/parts.htm for $8.19 each. You will gain 1/2 inch for each one you add.

i have three on each side.

looks good, but the back end is up just a hair more than the front.
doesnt impede flex or anything.

I just ordered 4.

my frankenlift is sitting front high by what looks like an inch, so if i add 2 more insulators (total of 3 on each side) should be level.

I wouldnt mind a tad higher in back, but i dont the like front higher than back

I bought some extra pads from All J's for $40. I didnt know they would charge me $11 for shipping.

They are NOT like the stock ones either. They are just round pieces of polyurethane.

Yes, I have the dust boots. I live in Michigan so I kind of need them, especially in the winter to keep the salt grime off of the strut arms.

So....you said it sat lower before you got the ARB and Warn winch added. Are you saying it is now 1.5" lower in the rear than the front AFTER you added the winch and ARB?

Could there be other rear suspension issues?
