Hi Everyone, I just thought i'd post this up as a general information post for you all. I will post this in both the 4x4 Discussion thread, and General. I have just got off the phone this miniute to TJM's production manager here in Australia regarding the bullbar for the KJ (as on my KJ) TJM in Knoxville Tennesee have placed an order for 10 of these bars - they are due for dispatch from Australia early Feb, on or before the 10th I believe. Not sure when they arrive over there but I imagine it wouldnt be that long after that. So you should see them in that shop late Feb at my guess. I wasnt sure nor have I asked the TJM knoxville store if these bars are spoken for, but if not I suggest you get your orders in with them. www.tjmbullbars.com and info@tjmbullbars.com I hope this helps. (PS - There is an Aluminium version as well, exactly the same but that has not been ordered by the TJM Knoxville store.) Regards Stu. |

This is sweet. I have been waiting for this for a long time now. I just send them an email asking about pricing and if its possible to pre order one. I bet they will be like "How in the world does he know we ordered 10 T17's!!!" Thanks you for this information!!! Daniel |

What do y'all guess will be the price on this one? Will it be as expensive as the ARB? I was planning on spending $800 at the very very most. |

Have been in contact with TJM state side and was told @ SEMA bar will have same pricing as other t17 bumpers. Seems to be on the schedule they were talking about. I know they were taking names and email info for the relase. |

They never answer to emails though, at least not to me. Pretty bad customer service. |

This is the email I got back from TJM today 29 Jan 07. Hello Jason, We have not received that shipment yet and we are not expecting it for a few months. Pricing has not been finalized yet and will not be until the bars are in the USA. The Aluminum bars have not been ordered only the steel. They will be available to the US as soon as they are finished with them in Australia. Matthew Vance Inside Sales for TJM Products |

They are on the slow boat from....... 2 to 6 months is a long time if they have them ready to ship over here, but then maybe they have to wait to get a full container or something before they ship them out. |

I dont like TJM US already. Simply for the fact that they didnt reply to my email, twice. It also wouldnt hurt to give us some more information why it takes 2-6 months for some freakin bumpers to get here. And what kind of time span is that anyway, 2-6 months?! Stupid.... The T17 still looks awesome though |

I must admit, that's pretty bad customer service. It seems they are'nt exactly in perfect contact with the guys here in Brisbane. I'll see what I can do for you guys from over here. Phone call to the TJM export manager 1st thing tomorrow morning, believe me |

Remember they have to go through customs, and that is not a quick process. |

G'day All, It's good to see all the enthusiasm on the TJM bar for the Liberty. I wanted to clear up a few things for you and give you the straight scoop. The first batch of Liberty T17's are scheduled to leave Australia sometime in February for the USA. I would think they should be available sometime in April or May. They do come by boat so it does take some time to arrive here in the USA and get cleared through customs. The correct part number is 074SO17N36Q. If you would like to pre-order you can contact your local distributor and they will be happy to do so for you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@tjmbullbars.com.
