Does anybody know if the caliper braket bolt spacing is the same on th Dodge Magnum SRT-8 and KJ? front and rear, or any other Chrysler corp larger caliper? I am going to have to replace 1 rear caliper as it is slow to let go. And wanted to upgrade without spending alot of time fabricating and a lot of cash on a kit. If anyone here has a SRT mag please measure center to center between the caliper bolts, thanks.

You might be able to go to a NAPA parts store and ask them to cross reference the parts for you.

I don't think using a magnum caliper will work cause the brakes are a lot bigger. I can look at my Dad's this weekend if you'd like, but I know the fronts at least are like 15-16" dia. brake rotors, so they definately wouldn't fit.

I believe the Magnum SRT-8 rotors are 14" in the front and a bit smaller in the rear. Regardless, they would be far too big without a big time wheel upsize.

Probably not.. The brembo brakes on the SRT-8's are not floating calipers so you'd need to invent a bracket to remote mount the caliper and then run the larger rotor...

Don't forget to change the brake booster and MC

Yes, SRT-8 brakes are way too big. That's why it needs 20 inch rims..just to clear the brakes.

it only "needs" 20" rims to be sold to its target audience. As far as rotor dia., thats not very important, what is important is the size and shape of the pad. as long as it does not overhang the rotor then it will work.

if anyone has measurements on the front and rear calipers please let me know, i need caliper offset from knuckle (center of disc to knuckle mount) approx is fine, and mounting bolt spacing. Thanks.

Actually, there is not that much room between the calipers and the wheels. As for sizes they are 360 x 32mm discs up front, with 350 x 26mm in the rear.
