I like it alot. I really never noticed any improved handling when I got my wider Moab rims but I love the look of the bigger backspacing. |

They're a 4 1/2" backspace jetboat. And the wheel is an inch wider also.Went from 16x7 to 16x8.They're really not way out there, just enough to enhance the stance. Emos Way....You know you want to.........Go for it. Thanks also,Don....I voted for your Libby in one of the "Rig of the Month" contest, just can't remember which one right now.Your Jeep just looks good Off-Road to me. Ron |

Hey LiLredLibby, Your sig says that your lift is slightly modified. What did you do to the lift? Btw, your wheels look awesome. Great to see 265/75/R16 on an '03! Any rubbing or trimming? |

[quote="KJ04"]Ron, have you stuffed the rear tires yet? Wondering if they clear the flares going up with the 4.5" B.S..[/quote Thanks everyone for the complements.....No KJ04,they don't clear very well and I'm now in the planning stages of figuring out the best way to trim this area.Even the front still rub a little despite alot of trimming on lower air dam,fog light access doors, and plastic inner fender liner in general.Lost Renegade.......I really don't want to get too deep in discussion on my OTT Lift, cause I don't want to start a pi$$in match on everyone elses dislikes for them.I can tell you that I went to longer front struts, and added bumpstops here and there.I only went with this lift because I wanted max amount of lift without jacking my struts out of the clevis with conduit nuts.I did gain 3 1/4" of lift front and back.Again,I'm not posting my comments to start any disagreements.Everybody has their there own way of doing things and thats what makes us all different.I don't want to be like someone else on this forum that always disagrees just to have someone to reply to his threads.Without mentioning names,I think you know who I'm refering to.I look foward to reading and positively replying on threads on this forum everyday, without having anything I've said cause a topic to be locked.Again, thanks for all of the positive replys, and I hope to start adding more mods when I can. Ron |

So what struts did you use? Everybody should want longer struts. BTW I drove by a place called Phil's (IIRC) sound familiar? Takes me about 15-20 minutes to get there. |

You probalby know this already but... I used an industrial heat gun on the inner fender plastic where the fog lamp door is. I got it good and hot and used a hammer handle to mold it back about an inch. You can't tell it was ever done and it gives you more space, for sure. |

They were an OEM(not OME)replacment for Dodge, and I think my buddy that works for them said the application was a all wheel drive caravan.Just had him measure up some 2 inches longer. I'm not good with abbreviations.....what is (IIRC)?Next time you come by,stop in,we're friendly. Ron |
