| Post subject: | Trany Fluid and how much |
Any recommendations for trany fluid... I was going to go with Amsoils Synthetic ATF. How much does the transmission hold, didn’t see any info regarding this in the manual. Any help would be great.. Thanks |

Check HERE for more info on capacities and Amsoil lube recommendations. LMK if you have any questions on Amsoil products.

I just changed mine and it took 4 quarts. Will have to see if the level goes down when I drive tomorrow. Have an extra just in case. BTW, I went with the Amsoil via John. DonC |

The average fluid usage on a CRD with filter change is 7-9.... so you might want to order a couple extra for good measure. Just be sure to drive it a little bit and check it to make sure you have all the bubbles burped out of it K |
