Trany Fluid and how much

Any recommendations for trany fluid... I was going to go with Amsoils Synthetic ATF. How much does the transmission hold, didn’t see any info regarding this in the manual. Any help would be great.. Thanks

Check HERE for more info on capacities and Amsoil lube recommendations.

I just changed mine and it took 4 quarts. Will have to see if the level goes down when I drive tomorrow. Have an extra just in case.

BTW, I went with the Amsoil via John.

The average fluid usage on a CRD with filter change is 7-9.... so you might want to order a couple extra for good measure.

Just be sure to drive it a little bit and check it to make sure you have all the bubbles burped out of it
