i'm looking to get the taillight gaurds that are avail from jeep for the libby, but 91 bux for a piece of plastic is lil steep. any ways has any one made their own. and can walk me throught it or does somone have a set of them they are willing to part with.... I just dont want the chrome ones. any help? also i see many head light gaurds for TJ's will they fit the libby headlights? |

I put these on. They are the cheap plastic ones you can get at most automotive chain stores. They came "smoke" I just sanded them and painted them to match the body.
I haven't tackled the headlight gaurd question yet. |

Almost half of what those blacks or silvers go for.. check jparts. http://jparts.com/product_info.php?prod ... ccd197dcd0 Don't be fooled by the pix, they are not the SILVER ones, the ones that come are Off-Black "graphite" ones. also I have what Gris has, just the different layout. They are call AUTO VENT SHADES and they do not protect anything whatsoever.. just looks.. easily sanded and painted, since they are not that hard plastic. They are about $20-$30.

not really. I have a TJ with those guards, when I get a chance I'll see if there's any chance they'd work on our libby though...... |

well I took one off my TJ and they are no where near the same since libby lights aren't a perfect circle, they kinda oval. |
